Shipping Policy

At Etch and Celebrate, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the UK using Royal Mail.

2nd Class Delivery

£3.95

Orders of £50 or more qualify for free 2nd Class delivery.

1st Class Delivery

£5.95

Orders of £75 or more qualify for free 1st Class delivery.

Where an order qualifies for free delivery, the free delivery option will be applied at checkout.

Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days.

Please note that personalised or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any relevant processing times will be stated on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the delivery provider to deliver your parcel. Please allow additional time during busy periods, weekends and public holidays.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Etch and Celebrate cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@etchandcelebrate.co.uk and provide your order number.

We will work with you and the delivery provider to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
